Billing Notices

  • To receive a super-bill or statement to submit to your insurance you need to contact us directly. There is no self service to do this on Luminello currently

  • Fees are only adjusted once a year and fee increases are typically less than 5% and done at the beginning of the year

Prescription Refills

  • Please allow 2 to 3 business days to refill a prescription. You can call or message our office to do so

Cancellations/Rescheduling

 

  • Please contact us at 856-300-2661 or at admin@haddonfieldpsychiatry.com in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 48 hour notice is appreciated and you will be charged a fee for notice under 24 hours.
