Haddonfield Psychiatry & Therapy is an out of network provider practice, meaning we don't accept insurance or medicare/medicaid directly.
You will pay for services at the time of your appointment and we then provide you a "superbill" to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary according to insurance companies, so we recommend contacting your insurance company directly.
Special Notice on Masking
5/22/2023
Haddonfield Psychiatry & Therapy is updating our masking policy to be consistent with the new guidelines from the state of NJ as well as the CDC. Per the CDC the COVID-19 health emergency is now over and masks are no longer required in outpatient health care settings, unless you are experiencing symptoms, or are at risk for getting sick, or someone in your home is at risk.
The CDC reference guide states that each state can also have their own guidelines to follow. In NJ, there is no longer a call for masks at health care facilities.
We are thus going to make masking optional for all providers and patients with the guided approach that masking should be used if you or someone in your home is sick.
We will keep masks available in our waiting rooms for you to use if you're choosing to mask.
